Court Appearances
Written reports and, when permitted, in-court testimony that reflect only what we observed.
Overview
When a matter moves to a hearing, we can provide the court with factual documentation of the visits we supervised and, where jurisdiction permits, appear to testify to our direct observations. We do not offer opinions on custody or legal outcomes.

Who it helps
- Attorneys preparing for custody hearings
- Courts seeking neutral, professional documentation
- Self-represented parents needing clear records
When to use it
- When factual supervision records are subpoenaed
- When written declarations are required
- When the court requests an on-record monitor
Safety & professionalism
- We testify to what we directly observed only
- We do not give legal opinions or custody recommendations
- All records adhere to retention policies
