Services
What is supervised visitation?
Supervised visitation is professional, neutral monitoring of parenting time. A trained monitor stays in view and hearing of the child throughout the visit and documents observations factually.
Do you supervise virtual visits?
Yes. Our Online Video Visits service places a trained monitor in the secure video room for the entire visit.
Can both parents attend supervised visits?
Visits are typically one-on-one with the child and the parent exercising parenting time. Any other attendees must be pre-approved under the court order.
Documentation
Do you provide court-ready reports?
Yes. Our reports are factual, objective, and prepared in a format that is accepted by family courts across the jurisdictions we serve.
Scheduling
How quickly can you start a case?
Most families are scheduled within 5–10 business days of intake, depending on location and the complexity of the court order.
Trust & Safety
Are your monitors background-checked?
Every monitor completes a criminal background check, reference verification, and our internal training program before being assigned to a case.
Neutrality
Do you give legal advice?
No. We are a neutral third-party service. We do not advise on legal strategy, custody outcomes, or courtroom positioning.
Safety
How do you handle high-conflict custody exchanges?
We separate arrival and departure windows, verify identities, and conduct the hand-off through staff to minimize contact between co-parents.
What if my situation involves a restraining order?
We follow protective orders precisely and build exchange/visit logistics around them. Bring any orders to your intake call.
Partnerships
Do you work with attorneys and courts directly?
Yes. We regularly coordinate with family law attorneys, guardians ad litem, and court-appointed evaluators.
Pricing
What are your fees?
Fees vary by service type, location, and visit length. After your intake call, we'll provide a transparent written estimate.
Privacy
How do you protect our family's privacy?
Records are stored in access-controlled systems and are only released with written authorization or in response to a valid court order.
